We provide industrial safety audits, third-party inspection and testing (including lifting tools and tackles, cranes, pressure vessels, and non-destructive testing), environmental monitoring, and safety training services. These services are provided by a Government-recognized Competent Person operating under competency licenses issued by various State Governments in accordance with the Factories Act, 1948 and rules made thereunder.

Inspection Reports and Certificates
- Inspection reports and test certificates reflect the condition of the specific equipment or premises at the time of inspection or testing only, based on the methods used and the access provided.
- A report or certificate is not a guarantee of the future condition, performance or safety of any equipment, and does not relieve the occupier or owner of their own statutory duties of maintenance and safe operation.
- Reports and certificates are issued for the client and equipment identified in them and may not be transferred, altered or used for any other equipment or purpose.
- Certificates are issued in the formats and within the scope prescribed by the applicable statutory provisions and the competency licenses held.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information provided to us, for maintaining equipment between inspections, for complying with all statutory obligations applicable to their establishment, and for acting on any defects or recommendations noted in our reports.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including text, images, logos and design — belongs to Er. Vikas Mahajan or its respective owners and may not be reproduced without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of production or profits. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Indemnity
