End-to-End Industrial Safety, Inspection & Training Solutions
Industrial Safety Audits
Our comprehensive safety audits help factories and industrial facilities identify hazards, ensure full compliance with the Factories Act, 1948, and build a proactive safety culture. We cover Fire Safety Audits, Electrical Safety Audits, Risk Assessments, Fire Load Assessments, Thermography Studies, and Emergency Preparedness Plans — delivering detailed, actionable reports that meet statutory and insurance requirements.
Industrial Safety Training
We deliver practical, hands-on safety training programs for management, supervisors, and workers across industries. Our sessions combine classroom theory with on-site practical demonstrations and include Fire Safety Training, Forklift Operator Safety, Behaviour-Based Safety (BBS), Electrical Safety, First Aider Training, and Emergency Preparedness — helping your workforce stay alert, aware, and prepared.
Facade Terrace Boom Bracket Pull Out Testing
We conduct pull out testing before installation to determine if a chosen fastener or substrate meets the required design loads. The anchor is typically loaded to an ultimate failure point.
Proof Testing: Carried out after installation to verify the performance of an anchor. It involves applying a specific load (supplied by the engineer) without pushing the anchor to failure.
Ultra Sonic Thickness Testing (External Examination)
We conduct Ultrasonic Thickness Testing (UTT) which is a non-destructive method used to accurately measure the wall thickness of pipes, tanks, and pressure vessels from a single external surface. Using high-frequency sound waves, it detects material loss caused by corrosion, erosion, and wear—without cutting or dismantling your equipment. Widely used across the oil and gas, petrochemical, marine, and power generation industries, UTT helps identify weak points early, ensure safety compliance, and extend equipment life. Our expert services deliver fast, precise, and repeatable results to support smarter maintenance and asset management decisions.
Hydra Mobile Crane Inspection
We conduct Hydra mobile crane load test that verifies structural integrity and braking efficiency by lifting a test weight typically between 110% and 125% of the crane’s Rated Capacity (SWL). It involves a strict sequence of static and dynamic tests, concluding with thorough post-test visual inspections by competent person.
PRE TEST INSPECTION
Visual Check: Inspect wire ropes, hooks, sheaves, limit switches, and structural members for wear, corrosion, cracks, or deformation.
Electrical/Mechanical: Test the braking systems (primary and emergency brakes), drive motors, and control pendants.
Clearance: Verify that the test area is secure, and cordon off the floor beneath the crane.
Rated Load Test (100% SWL)
This test evaluates the crane’s performance at its exact Safe Working Load (SWL).
Attach certified test weights or a calibrated load cell to the hook.
Raise the load just enough to test the gear train and braking system.
Lower the load to 4 to 8 inches above the ground and measure girder deflection at mid-span.
Move the crane and trolley to traverse the entire operational range while observing for any abnormal noises, slipping, or structural deflection.
No-Load Test
This test ensures that all mechanisms run smoothly without any weight.
Trolley Travel: Move the trolley/hoist back and forth along the bridge girder at least three times.
Bridge Travel: Run the entire crane along the runway rails at least three times (minimum 3 meters of travel each time).
Hook/Hoist: Cycle the empty hook up and down multiple times to check motor performance, lifting limits, and smooth operation.
Static Overload Test (125% SWL)
The static test checks the strength of the crane structure and holding brakes without moving the load horizontally. Gradually apply a test load equal to 125% of the crane’s rated capacity. Lift the load a few inches off the ground and suspend it for 10 to 15 minutes. Lower the load and inspect the crane for any permanent deformation, cracks, or joint loosening.
Chain Host Testing
Chain hoist testing ensures lifting equipment complies with ASME B30.16 and OSHA safety standards. Testing involves a thorough visual check, a no-load functional test, and an operational load test of up to 125% of the hoist’s rated capacity to verify the structural integrity, slip clutch, and braking mechanisms
Dye Penetration Test (DP Test)
Dye penetration test, often called Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI)—is a highly effective, non-destructive testing method. It is used to detect surface-breaking flaws, such as hairline cracks, porosity, and leaks in non-porous materialsf
Crane Load Testing
Hydra mobile crane load test verifies structural integrity and braking efficiency by lifting a test weight typically between 110% and 125% of the crane’s Rated Capacity (SWL). It involves a strict sequence of static and dynamic tests, concluding with thorough post-test visual inspections by competent person.
Hydro Static Testing
We do hydrostatic test that is a mandatory as per factory Act for safety and structural integrity. It involves filling the vessel with a liquid (usually water) and pressurizing it to 1.3x to 1.5 times of safe working pressure to verify it can withstand operational demands without leaking or deforming.
Safety Valve
Testing Method : We Use a specialized lifting device to measure the force required to open the valve without interrupting the operational process.
Bench Testing: The valve is removed from the system and placed on a test bench. It undergoes visual inspection, set-pressure verification, and seat-tightness testing using pressurized air, nitrogen, or water.
Set pressure test – we set the safety valve 1.1 times (maximum) of SWP (Safe working pressure) during bench testing as per standard API 520
